c) Your billing address is the same address the card being used is registered to.
d) You agree not to at any time, impersonate any other person or entity and give false names or inaccurate information.
If for any reason you feel you cannot commit to these terms, then please refrain from ordering with us. These regulations lawfully enter into a contract with this Website under English law.
You accept to abide by the terms given in our Eligibility Section, and in doing so take full responsibility in ensuring that you give accurate information to us when placing an order. Failure to supply accurate, up to date information will result in a delay or non-delivery of your order and for this, we will hold no liability.
By using our website you agree to keep your password and account details confidential, and agree to take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all the actions that occur in relation to your account.
We may not be able to accept your order if an item is out of stock or if there has been a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. If for any reason just mentioned, we cannot fulfil your order you will be contacted either by telephone or email to advise.
The quality, quantity and description of any specifications for the goods shall not be those set out in the site. We would like to make you aware that although all reasonable steps are taken to ensure accuracy of descriptions and images on the website, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
At no time are you permitted to re-sell any product or service from this website.
Upon receipt of the goods you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us otherwise.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own.
We will request the payment from your card at the point of despatch.
Payments will show on your statement as ‘Baby Bear’s Nursery’
We only supply a limited amount of stock, so if a particular item appears to be out of stock we accept no liability for any personal delays caused by this.
Times of despatch shown on the website are only an estimate; we cannot be held responsible if your order has not been received in the approximated time slot. Once in transit, the responsibility of your parcel is handed over to the third party handlers. We are however happy to help you trace the order but cannot guarantee its recovery.
Delivery will be advised at the time of submitting your order, although please allow up to 30 days for delivery. In stock items will normally be despatched the same day.
If your package becomes lost or has been delayed due to poor weather conditions, we cannot be found responsible for this. This will be down to the third party delivery company, and we would strongly recommend contacting them for further advice on delivery times etc. We are happy to help contact the third party on your behalf in these instances.
In the unlikely event that an order does not reach you in time, the third-party delivery service will not consider delayed items as ‘lost’ or ‘missing’ for up to 15 days later within the UK – so please be aware of this.
All our prices listed on our site are subject to change due to promotions and sales and we will not need to give you any prior notice for this. Nor will we refund for any discrepancies in price difference.
You may cancel your order and return the relevant product(s) for a full refund or exchange up to 28 days from the date of dispatch, providing that the returned item comes back in the same condition it was sent out along with the original packaging and any labels or packing tags that came with it.
If you believe you have an item that is faulty it is your responsibility to notify us within a reasonable practical time-frame and provide us with as much detail as possible. We can then address the situation and decide the best course of action required in order to resolve the problem. In some circumstances the product may need to be returned for an assessment, where one of the team will take a further look at the product themselves and then advise appropriate action.
We hold the right to refuse the refund of any product(s) we feel have been tampered with or deliberately broken whilst in the care of the customer.
The trade marks, service marks and logos displayed on the Website are the registered and unregistered marks of Baby Bear’s Nursery and are protected by UK and international trade mark laws.
All content available on the website including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, videos and data compilations are the property of Baby Bear’s Nursery and cannot therefore be used by any other party without written permission from Baby Bear’s Nursery.
